SERVICE ADVISOR ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- A Service Advisor acts as a liaison between customers who needs services performed on their vehicles and our technicians who will perform those services.
- While developing strong relationships with customers, you must understand their concerns and questions and have the ability, confidence, and empathy to help solve them.
- Service Advisors must be confident in their ability to translate and communicate a variety of automotive information between customers and technicians and vice-versa.
- Customer requests, clear description of vehicle issues/concerns, preparing estimates/quotes, efficiency with online auto programs, managing time. making sales calls and the billing of customers when service is complete are just some examples of the job duties required for success here at CNC Auto Repair.
We work a 5 day work-week(NO WEEKENDS- these should be reserved for family/friends)
